The Town of Theresa is currently accepting applications for a flexible part-time Clerk position. The clerk is responsible for administering elections, posting and publishing legal notices, attending and preparing minutes of all meetings of the Town Board and Plan Commission, accounts payable and payroll, filing federal and state reports, budgeting, and other statutory duties of the position. The selected candidate must be able to work well with the public. Strong candidates will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks accounting software, attention to detail and organizational skills. Town residency not required.
