Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Theresa Plan Commission on Wednesday, the 31^st of May, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall in said Town to consider the following:

1. Approval of minutes from the April 19^th, 2023 Plan Commission public hearing.
2. Conditional Use Application of Kelvin and Pauline Schoebel, Petitioners, and Kelvin Schoebel, Owner, to create an approximate 10.5 acre parcel from a 54 acre parcel. The parcel is located near W155 West Bend Rd., Theresa in tax key number 042-1217-2414-002. 
3. Rezoning Application of Kelvin and Pauline Schoebel, Petitioners, and Kelvin Schoebel, Owner, to rezone the newly created 10.5 acre parcel from A-1 Farmland Preservation to A-2 General Agriculture. The remaining 43.5 acre parcel would stay as A-1 Farmland Preservation.
4. Conditional Use Application of Kelvin and Pauline Schoebel, Petitioners, and Kelvin Schoebel, Owner, to build a single-family home on the new 10.5 acre parcel dependent on approval of the rezoning application.
5. Review and discussion of the Town of Theresa Zoning Ordinance

 Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town of Theresa may be present at this meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, May 31^st, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. to gather information about a subject over which they may have decision-making responsibility at a future Town Board meeting.
