PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF THERESA
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Theresa Plan Commission
on Wednesday, the 24th of July, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall in said Town to consider the
following:
1. Approval of minutes from the May 8th
, 2024 Plan Commission public hearing.
2. Conditional Use Application of Frank Kuge, Petitioner, and Frank and Rhonda Kuge,
Owners, to build a 72’ X 72’ shop. The property is located at W1062 Mountain Road,
Theresa in tax key number 042-1217-0343-003.
3. Conditional Use Renewal of Dale Lindert, Petitioner, and J.M. Schmidt & Sons, Inc., Owner,
to build a 65’ X 100’ building in which to do meat cutting. The parcel is zoned A1-Farmland
Preservation and is located at W979 Allen Rd., Theresa in tax key number 042-1217-2711-
000.
4. Conditional Use Application of Tim Kreilkamp, Owner and Petitioner, to use the upper level
of their building for events, retreats, workshops, fundraisers, conferences, community and
social gatherings; and possibly the lower level for leased/tenant space. The property is zoned
C-1 Commercial and located at N9450 Mohawk Rd., Theresa in tax key 042-1217-0141-000.
5. Review and discussion of the Town of Theresa Zoning Ordinance.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town of Theresa may be present at
this meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, July 24th
, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. to
gather information about a subject over which they may have decision-making responsibility at a
future Town Board meeting.
