Plan Commission CUP Hearing 10-30-24

PUBLIC HEARING

   TOWN OF THERESA

 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Theresa Plan Commission on Wednesday, the 30th of October, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall in said Town to consider the following:

  1. Approval of minutes from the September 25th, 2024 Plan Commission public hearing.
  2. Conditional Use Application of Kurt Frank, Owner and Petitioner, to build a 34’ X 27’ pole shed for storage. The property is zoned A-1 Farmland Preservation and is located at N7543 Ferris Rd., Mayville in tax key 042-1217-3314-000.
  3. Review and discussion of the Town of Theresa Zoning Ordinance.

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town of Theresa may be present at this meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. to gather information about a subject over which they may have decision-making responsibility at a future Town Board meeting.
