Plan Commission Helies-Milligan CUP Hearing 11-13-24

PUBLIC HEARING  TOWN OF THERESA

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Theresa Plan Commission on Wednesday, the 13th of November, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall in said Town to consider the following:

  1. Approval of minutes from the October 30th, 2024 Plan Commission public hearing.
  2. Conditional Use Application of Jessica Helies-Milligan (Jay & J’s Auto Service), Owner and Petitioner, to operate a commercial automotive repair center. The parcel is 0.96 acres. zoned C-1 Commercial and is located at W663 County Road DD, Theresa, in tax key number 0421217-1112-004.
  3. Review and discussion of the Town of Theresa Zoning Ordinance.

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town of Theresa may be present at this meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. to gather information about a subject over which they may have decision-making responsibility at a future Town Board meeting.
