       Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Sec. 70.45 of Wis. Statutes, the assessment roll for the year 2025 assessment will be open for examination on Friday, April 11, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 p.m. via phone or email. You may contact the assessor, Alex Kroeninger, any time before the end of the Open Book by email at [email protected] or phone at 608-563-9807.  Email is preferred.  The detailed notice is posted at www.townoftheresawi.gov and at the Theresa Town Hall.
