 Notice is hereby given that the following establishment has applied to the    Town Board of the Town of Theresa for alcohol retail licenses for the period ending June 30, 2026 in the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin:

Class “B” Intoxicating Liquor License and Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage License

MarshVue (Theresa Building LLC – Jill Rettler, Agent) N9450 Mohawk Rd, Theresa, WI 

Notice is further given that the Town Board will be acting on these applications at their regular board meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at the Theresa Town Hall, N8679 County Road P, Theresa, WI.  Anyone wishing to be heard for or against such applicant will be given the opportunity at that meeting.
