PUBLIC NOTICE
Invitation to Bid
TOWN OF THERESA
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin will accept sealed bids for the following 2026 road projects:
- Mountain Rd. – starting from State Rd. 175 west toward County Rd. AY (approx. 1.5 miles)
- Work to be performed: Chip seal with 1/4“ black granite chip 20’ wide
- Bluemound Rd. – starting from State Rd. 28 north toward County Rd. TW (approx. 1.5 miles)
- Work to be performed: Chip seal with 1/4“ black granite chip 20’ wide
Sealed bids will be accepted until April 29, 2026 at 4:00 pm at which time they will be opened and read by the Town of Theresa Town Board at Theresa Town Hall, N8679 County Road P, Theresa, WI, 53091. Specific information can be obtained from Highway Superintendent, Jacob Weiss at 920-296-1212 or [email protected]. Contractors are to supply all labor, material, traffic control signage, and proof of insurance. Please note that the Town of Theresa Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept the bid that the Town determines is most advantageous regardless of whether it is lowest in cost, and to negotiate with parties submitting bids.
